into atmosphere is one of the most urgent issues of modern production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Experienced specialists of <strong>M TECHNOLOGY<\/strong> work on implementation of innovative technologies and improvement of process gas cleaning methods at metallurgical and other enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Thus, in <strong>2017<\/strong>, the company developed a project for reconstruction of dedusting gas cleaning system for the <strong>Lurgi-552-B<\/strong> kiln that to complete complex modernization of the gas cleaning, which had began in <strong>2011<\/strong> and included replacement of process gas systems of the drying and heating areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">These comprehensive measures reduced gross emissions of pollutants into atmosphere by <strong>447<\/strong> tons\/year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">After successful implementation of the projects it was decided to continue modernization of the gas cleaning plants for the kilns to ensure the targeted purification degree of waste-gases and to reach the value of less than <strong>50<\/strong> mg\/nm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Thus, in <strong>2018-2019<\/strong>, <strong>M TECHNOLOGY<\/strong> developed respective project documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Key work moments:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> Construction and installation works were carried out without interrupting technological process and reducing production. For these purposes the company experts installed a bypass duct and an additional electric filter with a smoke exhauster to ensure purification of process gases for the reconstruction period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> An additional electrostatic precipitator will be used in the future to clean the process gases of the <strong>Lurgi-552-A<\/strong> kiln after its reconstruction and to increase production of pellets by <strong>10%.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> In the absence of alternative space, new electrostatic precipitators were located in the places of the existing ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> Modern electric filters, manufactured by <strong>\u00abZVVZ\u00bb<\/strong> company, used in the project, ensured the targeted dust content in gas emissions &#8211; less than <strong>50<\/strong> mg\/nm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> Dust counters have been installed at the exit of each electrostatic precipitator, which ensured control of the operation parameters of the gas cleaning system, as well as decrease of power consumption when necessary purification values of waste gases have been reached.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> During reconstruction of the aspiration electrostatic precipitator the filter casing and supporting part were preserved, which significantly reduced capital costs and shortened the time of construction and installation works.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Thus, we managed to reduce gross emissions into atmosphere by <strong>447<\/strong> tons\/year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
