The gas cleaning plant productivity made <strong>226,800<\/strong> nm<sup>3<\/sup>\/h. The project provided for complete replacement of the existing electrostatic precipitator with a new one, manufactured by <strong>ZVVZ<\/strong> (Czech Republic), assuring a final dust content of less than <strong>50<\/strong> mg\/nm<sup>3<\/sup>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">For the construction period, a bypass air duct was provided around the electrostatic precipitator, allowing for construction and installation works to be completed without stopping technological process and without a decrease of the burning machine performance. The project implementation was planned to be divided into start-up complexes with the possibility of phased commissioning:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> Start-up complex No. 1 \u2013 construction of an additional electric precipitator with a capacity of <strong>639,900<\/strong> nm<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, a smoke exhauster, reconstruction of a high-voltage substation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: out construction and installation works without the pellets production stop and without performance decrease of the burning machine, the following measures were taken:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td8\/1.5\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> installation of an electric precipitator and a fume exhauster for providing burning machine fume gas cleaning for the period of reconstruction of one of the existing electric precipitators in the drying and heating zones;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" construction of a bypass air duct around the exhaust electrostatic precipitator<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">All above-listedd measures made it possible to place the new electrostatic precipitators in place of the existing ones; there were no alternative locations on the densely built-up site. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">The additional electric precipitator, built as part of implementation of start-up complex No. 1, will be used in the future for cleaning process gases from <strong>Lurgi-552-A<\/strong> burning machine with a subsequent growth of pellet production by <strong>10%<\/strong>. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">As part of the work, it was envisaged to use modern electrostatic precipitators of <strong>ZVVZ<\/strong> (Czech Republic), which ensure the required dust content in gases emitted into the atmosphere of less than <strong>50<\/strong> mg\/nm<sup>3<\/sup>.
