color: #003366;\">Main problems of the Existing Complex:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 A productivity <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">of less than 350 t\/h (8 400 t\/day)<\/span><\/strong> fails to ensure production of a high-quality ore mix required for manufacturing of sinter in the necessary volume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The increased content of fractions larger than 8 mm leads to higher solid fuel consumption (by 3 kg per ton of sinter), raises FeO and S content and reduces metallurgical properties of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lack of spare parts for KMD-2200 crushers and long manufacturing times (over 180 days).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Increased electricity consumption and operating costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">The company carried out detailed engineering and prepared the working drawings for the replacement of equipment in the first and second crushing stages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Dismantling:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; cone crusher KMD-2200 without drive;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; cone crusher oil station;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; crusher feed chute;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; garage-type screen enclosure;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; vibrating screen;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; belt feeder;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; feeder skid;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; feeder charging chute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Installation of new equipment, steel structures and maintenance platforms:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; installation of a vibrating feeder under the ore hopper;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; installation of a cone-type crusher;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; installation of a screen;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; installation of new ore chutes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#x2714; installation of equipment maintenance platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Project Objective.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Replacement of equipment in the two crushing complexes will allow:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\"> &#x2714; production of the required quantity of prepared ore mix for sinter production;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\"> &#x2714; improving sinter quality through a more stable particle size distribution;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\"> &#x2714; reducing energy consumption and operating costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #003366;\">Current Status.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2714; Crushing Complex No. 2 (<\/span><b>CCR-2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) has been fully commissioned;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2714;
