The pumping equipment then delivers the water for process purposes of the concentration plant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project provides for the use of <strong>Habermann<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Aurum Pumpen<\/strong> pump units with a capacity of up to <strong>7,300 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong> and a head of <strong>88 m of water column.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">An additional pump unit is also included in the project, making possible flexible regulation of water supply according to production requirements and providing system redundancy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">Water is supplied through six main pipelines with continuous monitoring of pressure, flow rate, and water level in the receiving tank. Operation of the pumping equipment and switching of the pipelines are integrated into the plant-wide supervisory control and dispatching system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">To ensure reliable operation, the following systems are provided:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; automatic standby operation of pumping equipment;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; emergency water discharge and drainage system;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; phase-in operation of pumps and pipelines;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; monitoring of operating conditions through the supervisory control system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">The RWPS also includes electrical rooms, an operator control room, auxiliary service facilities and a flowmeter maintenance unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ifting devices including a 12.5-ton overhead electric crane are provided for equipment installation and maintenance in the machinery hall<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">Company specialists visited the construction site and participated in the commissioning of the Aurum Pumpen pumping equipment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Conclusion.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pumping station process scheme ensures an uninterrupted<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supply of clarified water, required for operation of the tailings thickening complex.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">Supply of modern pumping and auxiliary equipment with integrated automation systems, ensuring reliable operation of the facility, is part of the project and has already been implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 18pt;\">Construction is planned to be carried out in four stages.
